That nice orange juice vegetable mix contained a lot more sugar than I thought. But never mind. Today I will raise my UA and tomorrow I will eat exactly the same things - and chocolate. If my UA goes down then, chocolate has effect. If not, it certainly does not have any short-term effect. Let us see.
Todays weather and temperature: Rather cold (minus one) all day. Even colder at night.
Breakfast: Vegetables boiled in orange juice, gammo, home-made risotto with fish.
