I think I will officially declare myself free from the gout attack. Now planar fascitis twinges again, if I wear the wrong shoes.
Todays weather and temperature: Hot, humid at first, then clearing up and still hot. Current stress level (scale from 1 (low) to 5 (high)): 4.5 Breakfast: Cheese sandwich, miso soup. Lunch: Bean curry with egg. Snack: An apple. Dinner: Salad and cheese sandwich (blue cheese). Todays supplements and dosage: 6 fish oil capsules, 4 garlic capsules. Todays UA reading (before breakfast): 8.3 mg/dL, so skipping dinner does not help. Todays step count (total at bedtime): 3315 steps - still not got started on walking. How much did I drink today?: Coffee 1 liter, tea 2 liter, water 0.5 liter.
