Busy but not incredibly busy day, lots of different opinions pulling back and forth in the online office. I must say that compared to many other places I have worked, my current team is really good at online discussion. Even online agile ways of working promotes consensus, and discourages flame wars.
Todays weather and temperature: Warm (up to 15 deg C), windy and cloudy. Breakfast: Granola, youghurt and a banana. Lunch: Vegetable curry (leftovers plus some tired vegetables I found at the bottom of the fridge). Tasted great thanks to a gift of some truly magical curry powder from an Indian friend. Snack: An apple and some nuts. Dinner: 3 bowls of soup (instant soup with different international flavors, enhanced with a drop of hot sauce because some of them are rather bland). Todays supplements and dosage: 6 fish oil capsules, vitamin C 3 gram. Todays UA reading: 6.3 mg/dL Todays step count: 11368 steps How much did I drink today?: Coffee 1 liter, water 1 liter, tea 1.5 liter, non-alcoholic purine-free beer-like drink 0.6 liter. This weeks weight: 118.8 kg Waist circumference: 115 cm How many times did I go to the toilet today? #1 7 times, #2 3 times. My urine pH this morning (for why this matters, read more here): 9 - most alkaline ever! Was my urine strange in any way? No How many minutes did I use the Sixpad Foot Fit Plus? None, forgot because I was so busy.
