A quite ordinary if a bit slow day. Lots of thinking to do though, nice to get time for that for a change.
Todays weather and temperature: Very windy but rather warm, although we almost had snow in the morning.
Breakfast: A huge pile of fried mushrooms, since my wife forgot we had them in the fridge. Mushrooms are not that bad - 46.9 mg purines per 100 g, compared to 90.2 mg purines per 100 g for sirloin steak. But carrots only have 2.2 mg purines per 100 g, so let us see how it shows up tomorrow.
Lunch: Root vegetable and sweet potato curry with tofu.
Snack: An apple, some nuts, and a senbei cracker.
Dinner: Sukiyaki, which means vegetables and tofu fried with meat in a sweet sauce, and then dipped in whipped egg before you eat it. So I had sort of egg soup... without meat.
Todays supplements and dosage: 6 fish oil capsules
