The Goutbeater Program

Beating gout is hard work, but in this program you get the help you need to keep the fight going even when an attack is building up. It is self-operated but there are private groups and support sessions to help you keep going towards the goal: No more gout attacks. Below is the Goutbeater Program - more information and links as I complete them.
AFTER THE ATTACK
When your gout attack is over, you want to make sure it does not happen again. If you are not ready to change lifestyle completely (until after your next attack), you may want to try changing for a month and see how it goes.
PREVENTING ATTACKS
If you never want to have a gout attack again you can use the one-year journal. It includes the same things as the monthly version, plus monthly evaluations, an annual summary, tips on how to make sure gout attacks are a thing of the past, and discounts on the ebook versions of "The Little Gout Book" and "The Goutbeater Cookbook".
THE GOUTBEATER JOURNAL
The Goutbeater Journal is to be used every day, either for a month as you get into the rhythm, or every day for a year to make sure your new goit-beating habits stick. I have prepared this as a combined food, water, milk,, supplement, and uric acid level journal. It gives you a handy reference to keep track of your daily food consumption, medicine intake, supplements, sugar, and how much water you drink. I even threw in weight.
The journal lasts for 31 or 365 days and provides an evaluation guide at the end.
THE LITTLE GOUT BOOK
It is important to understand what has happened in your body when you have a gout attack. Otherwise you can not make sure it never happens again.
​Biochemistry is exceedingly complicated, and even when you try to describe it in a simple way it becomes difficult. But I made an attempt with this little book.
THE GOUTBEATER COOKBOOK
How to make food that both fits into your diet and tastes good is quite a trick. I have lived with gout for more than 15 years and the cooking I have learned to do for myself and the kids has all gone into this book.
